Thanga Maligai (“Company”) is a registered jewellery business operating under a Partnership Constitution, offering certified gold and silver savings schemes, including Jewellery Savings Plans (chit-based) and Digital Gold Saving Plans, governed under applicable Indian financial and consumer laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By accessing this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility criterion.

3. Services Offered

• Digital gold and silver savings and investment options
• Jewellery savings schemes based on chit fund models
• BIS-certified 916 hallmark gold jewellery
• One-time, daily, weekly, and monthly gold saving plans

All transactions are governed by Indian laws including:

• chit Funds Act, 1982
• Digital Gold Guidelines as applicable
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• RBI, SEBI, and BIS norms where applicable

4. Account Creation & KYC

To use our services, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and financial information. Misuse, impersonation, or fraudulent details may lead to termination of services and legal action.

5. Payment and Redemption

All payments must be made digitally through our approved gateways. Upon successful completion of your chosen savings plan (money-based or weight-based), you will receive the corresponding value or weight of gold/silver jewellery based on prevailing rates.

We reserve the right to:

• Update pricing and taxation in line with regulatory changes
• Alter plan terms with prior notice to users

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Infringe intellectual property or impersonate others
• Misrepresent or tamper with payment processes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations without prior notice.

7. Data Privacy and Security

We value your privacy. By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, use, and storage. We ensure industry-standard encryption, OTP verification, and MPIN security for all transactions.

8. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable once a savings plan begins. Plan cancellation may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, subject to deduction of applicable charges or penalties. Terms for refund vary between money-based and weight-based plans.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, trademarks, graphics, images, and text is the exclusive property of BRT DigiGold and is protected under applicable Indian laws. Reproduction, copying, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing any obligation due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, internet failures, or pandemics.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Use of the BRT DigiGold platform shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

BRT DigiGold and Amigoways Technologies, along with all platform developers, designers, and marketers, shall not be held accountable for any problems, scams, fraud or unlawful activities resulting from third-party users, agents or unapproved groups using the platform. It is every user’s job to confirm the authenticity of communications, links and payment gateways. Any loss of funds from improper use or also any legal issues are not Amigoways team members responsibility.
